Takaful Oman invites qualified vendors to design and deliver a bespoke bilingual mobile app (iOS & Android) as part of its digital transformation journey. The application will serve as a secure self‑service platform enabling customers to buy and renew policies, manage portfolios, submit and track claims, make payments, access documents, and interact digitally with the company.
The scope covers end‑to‑end delivery: UX/UI design, native or cross‑platform development, secure API integrations with insurance, claims, CRM, ERP, and payment systems, plus testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Key modules include biometric login, policy dashboard, claims tracking, loyalty rewards, and a partner marketplace.
Vendors are expected to provide a scalable, customer‑centric solution that meets stringent cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards, tailored specifically to Takaful Oman’s requirements.
